Ramacrisna Institute opens enrollment for four professional training courses

The Ramacrisna Institute has open enrollment for four free professional training courses scheduled to start in September. The Barber, Administrative Assistant and Photography Initiation courses are part of the Construindo o Futuro (Build the Future) project, which is sponsored by Petrobras and the Federal Government, and are aimed at communities in the cities of Betim, Ibirité and Sarzedo. The Audiovisual course is open to anyone interested.

The Barber course is designed for people between 18 and 40 years old, with complete elementary education and residents of the neighborhoods of Imbiruçu and Vila Nova Esperança, in Betim. Classes are in person and start on September 8th, from Monday to Friday, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Applications must be made by the 08/27, through the Ramacrisna website.

The Administrative Assistant course will be held online and is intended for people between 16 and 30 years old, residents of the neighborhoods of Imbiruçu, Vila Boa Esperança, Colônia Santa Isabel and Petrovale, in Betim; Jardim das Rosas, Petrolina, Cascata, Industrial District of Ibirité, Ouro Negro, Jardim Montreal, Recanto da Lagoa, São Pedro, Lago Azul, Canaã and Quintas da Jangada, in Ibirité; and Cachoeira, Santa Rosa de Lima, São Pedro, Santa Rita, Masterville, Quintas da Lagoa and Imaculada da Conceição, in Sarzedo. Registration until September 1st.

The Initiation to Photography course takes place in person and is intended for people aged 16 to 30, who have completed Elementary School and residents of the Colônia Santa Isabel neighborhood, in Betim. Interested parties must register by 09/09.

The Construindo o Futuro project aims to create new opportunities for children, teenagers and young people living in the neighborhoods of Imbiruçu, Colônia Santa Isabel and Petrovale, neighboring REGAP, in Betim-MG. The project started in March 2020 and is offering free professional qualification courses, workshops and activities to encourage reading. A total of 3.200 people in situations of social vulnerability, aged between 3 and 40 years, will benefit. All activities are completely free and exclusive to the residents of these three neighborhoods..

In addition to the courses held in partnership with Petrobras, Ramacrisna also offers the Audiovisual course, which is aimed at young people aged 15 to 22 who are attending high school, with no restriction on their place of residence. Classes take place in the blended mode, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Applications can be made through the website until the 20th of August.
