Ramacrisna Istitute opens enrollment for the Talent Bank of the Adolescent Apprentice Program

The Ramacrisna Institute, headquartered in Betim and operating throughout the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte, is accepting applications until April 18 for the talent bank of the Adolescent Apprentice Program. Interested parties must be between 15 and 20 years old and live in Contagem or Belo Horizonte. The minimum education required is elementary school. The following documents are required: Work Card, CPF, Identity Card, Declaration of Education, Proof of Residence and Proof of Family Income.

Those enrolled will be registered in the Institute’s talent bank and must wait for demand from companies. For this, the profile of the vacancy offered by the company and the place of residence are taken into account. This is because, preferably, it should be close to the workplace. How it works

Law of Apprenticeship was created to be a first job opportunity for teenagers and young people, generating income, professional experience, as well as a willing workforce and tax benefits for companies. Since 2005, the Ramacrisna Institute has been accredited for the training of these adolescents.

When hired by a company, the young person is prepared through theoretical classes, held at Ramacrisna once a week and activities carried out in the routine of the business, that is, the practical part of the program, which takes place at the company the other four days. The employment contract can last up to two years, with a workload of between four and six hours a day, with a maximum of 30 hours a week..

To carry out the theory, the contracting company chooses the course based on the role to be performed by the young person, among them are: administrative assistant, logistics assistant, banking assistant, audiovisual assistant, apprentice in sports, commerce and services assistant and apprentice in music.
