Entrepreneurship Course: How to Start Your Own Business?

With training and guidance, entrepreneurship can help turn ideas into businesses and open up new opportunities for income and independence

More and more Brazilians are considering starting their own business. Whether driven by the pursuit of financial independence, the desire to fulfill a dream, or the need to create new sources of income, entrepreneurship has become a real alternative for thousands of people. But before taking this important step, a fundamental question arises: are you ready to become an entrepreneur?

First and foremost, understand that entrepreneurship goes far beyond having a good idea. Starting a business requires planning, organization, market knowledge, and the development of key skills, such as financial management, sales, and customer relations, for example. That’s why investing in an entrepreneurship course can be the first step toward turning an idea into a solid, sustainable business.

According to data from the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (Sebrae), between January and November 2025, Brazil saw the opening of 4.6 million small businesses. Of this total, 77% are Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEI). This growth shows how entrepreneurship is gaining momentum in the country, driven mainly by the pursuit of financial independence and new job opportunities.

However, experts are unanimous on one point: those who prepare themselves are much more likely to succeed.

Why prepare before starting a business?

Many people start a business intuitively, learning only through practice. While experience is essential, a lack of preparation can lead to significant challenges, such as difficulty organizing finances, attracting customers, or planning for business growth.

Thus, taking an entrepreneurship course allows you to develop essential knowledge even before starting the business. During the training, participants learn to structure and validate a business idea, better understand the audience and the market, and organize financial management, for example.

In addition, they develop sales strategies, improve communication with customers, and strengthen leadership skills and emotional intelligence

Thus, with this knowledge, the entrepreneur begins their journey with greater confidence, planning, and a vision for the future.

Where can you take a course focused on entrepreneurship?

With the aim of supporting new entrepreneurs, the Ramacrisna Institute offers a comprehensive Entrepreneurial Training course as part of the Building the Future IV project, carried out in partnership with Petrobras.

The initiative’s goal is to promote social inclusion, encourage community leadership, and strengthen community autonomy by offering entrepreneurial training to socially vulnerable youth and adults.

Each class has 30 spots, offering an important opportunity for those who want to learn how to be an entrepreneur and develop their own business.

Entrepreneurship can transform lives
