Inside Ramacrisna: Free audiovisual course changed Byanca Campos’s life

From discovering a talent to building a career, Byanca Campos shows how the right opportunities can transform lives through communication

Byanca Campos is an inspiring example of how the free audiovisual course can transform lives. A former student of the Antenados Produtora course, a project of the Ramacrisna Institute, she began her journey as a student in 2023 and, in a short time, carved out a niche for herself in the job market. Today, at 21, she is part of the Institute’s communications department, producing content that directly impacts the lives of others.

Learn more about this story below.

How it all began

A resident of the Vianópolis region since childhood, Byanca was already indirectly familiar with Ramacrisna. However, it wasn’t until 2023 that the opportunity arose to truly connect with the institution.

Byanca had never been interested in the projects until she discovered the audiovisual course. Encouraged by her boyfriend, who had already taken other courses at the Institute, she decided to enroll when she saw the open spots.

She immediately felt a connection to the field. Outgoing and curious, Byanca found the course to be a welcoming environment, with dynamic classes held three times a week.

“I couldn’t wait for class day to come,” she recalls. The environment, she says, was fundamental to her learning and personal development. During the course, students engage with photography, cinematography, image editing, and design, in addition to completing a practical project at the end.

Byanca’s performance stood out: with a grade point average of over 97%, she became one of the top students in her class.

Her strong performance in the free audiovisual course opened doors. After completing the program, Byanca received referrals for opportunities in the job market, a reflection of the constant growth in the communications and audiovisual sector.

That’s when the chance arose to work as a social media specialist for a public initiative. Coming from a previous job in sales, she didn’t hesitate to embrace the new opportunity.

“I already wanted to work in audiovisual media; I was already recording videos and taking photos. When this opening came up, I grabbed it with both hands,” she says.

For about a year, Byanca put everything she learned in the course into practice, developing skills, expanding her network, and solidifying her entry into the professional market.

Return to Ramacrisna

After her contract ended in 2024, a new opportunity arose, this time within Ramacrisna itself.

She started as an intern in the communications department in December. The experience was transformative. Unlike her previous job, there she had direct contact with real stories of social transformation.

“I saw the impact of the work up close. It wasn’t just communication; it was life-changing,” she notes.

In addition to video production, Byanca began working in design as well, further expanding her skills. Over time, she gained the team’s trust and took on greater responsibilities.

In July 2025, recognition came: Byanca was hired permanently. Today, Byanca Campos is one of the people responsible for content production at Ramacrisna. The work goes far beyond technique; it has a purpose.

She participates in institutional videos, campaigns, and course promotions. Often, she is the face that appears on the institution’s social media. And the public’s response confirms the impact of her work.

For her, every video produced can represent a new opportunity in someone’s life, just as it did for her. “Working at Ramacrisna is much more than just doing communications. This is where it all began for me, and today, being able to tell stories that transform other lives is something that’s impossible to measure. Knowing that one of my videos can inspire someone to start a new journey is what motivates me every day,” she emphasizes.

Alongside her work, Byanca continues to invest in her own education. She is currently studying Social Media Management at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, taking online classes. Through this, she hopes to advance even further in her career. “The more skilled a professional is, the more opportunities they will have,” she believes.
